This free, secure service allows you to create a unique Web page for yourself, family or friends.

• Receive support from friends and family
  Visitors to your CarePage can send you messages of encouragement, giving hope and strength even in the most difficult situations.

• Control the flow of information
  You share news at a time that’s right for you. Friends and family are automatically emailed when you post a new update.

• Keep in touch before, during and after hospitalization
  CarePages don’t have an expiration date. Update and maintain your CarePage as long as you want to.
