Benefits of Service

The Phillips Lifeline® service includes an electronic device with a one-touch alert button that is worn on the wrist or around the neck. When someone presses the button, he or she will be immediately connected to a highly trained Lifeline Personal Response Associate.

Associates are available 24 hours a day and are trained to provide:

  • Fast response to falls, accidents and medical conditions
  • Support and reassurance
  • Reminders:
    • To take medication
    • To keep appointments
    • About daily activities

With the simple press of a button, an associate will quickly make voice contact, review the individual's personal and medical profile, assess the situation and notify the appropriate support and medical response team as required.

Lifeline's® Response Centers, with a staff of more than 250 people, are the most capable and reliable facilities of their kind.
