School of Radiation Therapy - Curriculum and Rotation

Curriculum
The 12-month clinical-based internship curriculum provides students with clinical education that includes instruction and experience in a variety of radiation therapy procedures, examinations and equipment operation. Didactic courses are divided into three trimesters. After the initial trimester, students are expected to start clinical competencies and case studies.

Graduation Requirements
Our goal is to graduate a professional that will understand the concepts of radiation therapy, and be able to function as an entry-level radiation therapist. The School will issue a certificate of completion to a student, only if ALL of the following are successfully completed:

  1. Didactic courses
  2. Clinical courses
  3. Clinical make up time
  4. Tuition and Fees paid

Program Hours
The program is scheduled for eight hours a day (first shift only), five days per week.
